Daikin see huge market potential in the Asia Oceania for Applied business. Answering that, Daikin will focus on this market by strengthening the Sales Force Team and Side Production (Factory). Daikin recently made large investments in the Asia Oceania by forming Applied Division in OYLM Malaysia, where the OYLM Factory will begin producing Air Cooled Screw Chiller in September 2014, and the subsequent Water Cooled Screw Chiller in 2015.
Hopefully, by getting closer to the market, the Factory will understand better and be able to give specific options needed in the region, and of course ultimately a good After Sales Support. Air Cooled Screw Chiller being produced at OYLM Factory will have the options for fin material and its coating, and also (still in development R & D) will be available for special applications such as Oil & Gas.
Daikin is committed to become number 1 in the world in the field of Air Conditioning, and will always apply policy to be able to produce excellent products according to market needs in the world.
