Control Automation Sales Engineer
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic), Physics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in the Control Automation industry, with a focus on Building Automation Systems (BAS) and/or Industrial Automation.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Extensive understanding of control system platforms such as Schneider, Siemens, Rockwell, ABB, Yokogawa, Allen Bradley, etc. (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems (an added advantage).
- Skills:
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Good Command in English, both written and spoken.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Possession of a personal vehicle (preferably a car) and a valid SIM A driving license.
Job Description:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance existing business relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Activities: Conduct sales visits, including promotions, in-house presentations, seminars, and training sessions.
- Customer Engagement: Create awareness to customers about the full range of Control Automation products and solutions.
- Sales Management: Manage sales inquiries from open and closed tenders, business partners, and customers.
- Sales Conversion: Follow up closely on sales inquiries to convert them into successful sales, providing timely updates on the status of each inquiry.
- Reporting: Document daily activities, including customer visits, project status reports, and market intelligence, into the company’s business directory.
