Responsibilities:

  • Assisting our Technician and Sales Engineer in maintaining efficient technical administration (eg. Part Inventory, Project Contract, Payment, etc)
  • Managing General Affairs of the office operational like : Stationaries(ATK), Office Billing, Technician Cash Advance, etc
  • Support other administration job from other departments.
  • Documentation of office documents

Requirements :

  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Advance in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup / Hlookup, condition IF, etc). Please to enclosed your certificate if available.
  • Good Command in English (Written – Business Correspondence). Please to enclosed your certificate if available.
  • Detailed, accurate, and on time in work output
  • Preferable who had 1-2 years experience as Project Admin / HRGA / Supply Chain
  • Can join ASAP
  • Willing to be placed in Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara
