Technical Sales Support (Internship)

Job Description :

• Collaborate with cross functional team of Sales Engineers and Design Engineers to manage Sales Order
• Handling Sales Inquiry, Customer’s PO until payment and delivery.
• Updating last price, costing sheet and create quotation
• Assisting Sales Engineer to prepare project documents as required
• Tracking shipment delivery schedule

Requirement

• Candidate at Bachelor Degree in Applied Engineering (HVAC/Machinery / Electrical / Industrial Engineering ) or Equivalent
• Familiar with Spreadsheet program (ex : MS Excel)
• Good command in English (Written)
• Detailed and accurate in work output

Note:

• Fresh Graduate or Student in the last year study are welcome to apply
• Willing to work on Office Hour (Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17.30)
• Internship period : 3 months
• Working location : Jl. Opak, Darmo – Wonokromo. Surabaya.
• We provide with Transport Allowance
