About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR talent to be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting employee learning, development, and talent programs. This role ensures the organization attracts, develops, and retains high potential talent aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities
I. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (manpower request, job posting, screening, interviews, offers)
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports
- Support employer branding and campus/job fair activities
II. Learning & Talent Development
- Identify training needs through performance evaluations and organizational requirements
- Coordinate and support training programs (technical, soft skills, leadership, onboarding)
- Support talent programs such as succession planning and Individual Development Plans
III. Performance & HR Support
- Support performance management processes and competency assessments
- Collaborate with HR and line managers to align recruitment and development strategies with business goals
- Assist in workforce planning and talent pipeline development
IV. Administration & Reporting
- Prepare recruitment and training reports (headcount, time-to-hire, training effectiveness)
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures
