Job Responsibilities

• Create visual materials for digital platforms such as social media, website banners, and internal communication materials.
• Support marketing campaigns by preparing promotional design assets.
• Ensure all design outputs follow company brand guidelines (logo usage, color consistency, typography).
• Stay updated with design and social media trends to develop fresh content ideas.
• Organize and maintain design files and assets in shared storage.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Communication, or related field.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Familiar with creating visual content for digital platforms (social media posts, promotional materials, presentations).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

• Melakukan instalasi ducting (GI, PU, flexible duct, dll.) sesuai gambar kerja dan standar teknis.
• Melakukan perbaikan kebocoran, kerusakan, serta troubleshooting masalah airflow atau tekanan udara.
• Memasang hanger, bracket, damper, diffuser, insulasi, dan aksesoris ducting lainnya.
• Melakukan pengecekan kualitas instalasi dan memastikan hasil pekerjaan sesuai standar perusahaan.
• Menyusun laporan pekerjaan, dokumentasi foto, serta koordinasi dengan Supervisor/Engineer.
• Mematuhi standar K3 dan menggunakan APD secara benar selama bekerja.

Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik (HVAC, Mesin, atau relevan).
• Memiliki pengalaman min. 1–2 tahun di bidang ducting/HVAC.
• Mampu membaca gambar ducting dan shop drawing.
• Menguasai peralatan instalasi (shearing, bending, drilling, riveting, dll.).
• Memahami dasar airflow dan sistem distribusi udara.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di area project pertambangan dengan sistem rooster (On-Off)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts and conduct regular follow‑ups through visits, calls, and emails.
• Perform field collection to ensure timely payment and resolve payment issues or discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly Outstanding AR Reports, AR Forecast, and collection updates for management.
• Track customer credit risk and ensure early detection of potential bad debts.
• Record and reconcile incoming payments accurately on a daily basis.
• Process dealer agreement documents and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and stakeholders to address credit-related concerns.
• Support other finance functions when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit control or AR management.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders to overseas factories for project and stock requirements
• Follow up Order Acknowledgements and coordinate shipment release approval with relevant management levels
• Coordinate shipment instructions with the import department
• Process local purchase orders for materials, consumables, tools, HSE items, factory visits, dealer events, printing, rental services, and subcontractor needs across departments
• Source and compare local prices and materials required by other departments
• Prepare weekly updates for outstanding POs and delivery forecasts
• Process RF (Request for Delivery) for goods shipped to customers
• Assist Purchasing Supervisor in evaluating subcontractor performance

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred: Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering)

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers to develop and optimize HVAC system components, such as Chillers, AHUs, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, and Fans, focusing on flow, thermal performance, noise reduction, and cost-efficiency.
• Cooling Load Analysis: Perform Cooling Load analysis of HVAC systems to identify potential drawbacks and implement improvements.
• Project Implementation: Oversee the implementation of HVAC projects, ensuring all tasks are executed according to plan.
• Project Scheduling: Develop project schedules, set milestones, and monitor the progress of each task to ensure timely completion.
• Meeting Coordination: Attend and coordinate project-related meetings with DASI’s subcontractors, the owner’s main contractor, and construction management teams.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Engineer team, dealers, subcontractors, and customers to prepare for the startup of Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.

• Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an HVAC Engineer.
• Technical Skills:
  • Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, including Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Language Proficiency: Good command of English.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with our (Daikin) products and the HVAC industry is a plus.
