About the Role

 Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for end-users (helpdesk support)
• Diagnose and resolve problems related to computer hardware and software especially Office 365
• Monitor and maintain network systems (LAN/WAN, internet connectivity)
• Perform routine system maintenance and IT infrastructure checks
• Maintain documentation and prepare regular IT reports
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary
• Support and troubleshoot ERP system operations within the company

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience as an IT Support or similar role
• Proven troubleshooting skills in hardware and software issues
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, WiFi)
• Familiar with installation and configuration of common business applications
• Good command in English written and verbally
• Able to work under pressure and team player

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience supporting or implementing ERP systems
• Basic knowledge of IT security

Tanggung Jawab :

• Melakukan perawatan rutin pada system control HVAC agar berfungsi optimal
• Mengidentifikasi dan memperbaiki kerusakan pada system control otomasi / kelistrikan dan semacamnya baik software maupun hardware ( PLC/ BAS dan sebagainya )
• Melakukan Analisa masalah menggunakan perangkat lunak pada control yang terpasang.
• Membuat laporan harian dan berkoordinasi dengan departement terkait

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal SMK bidang Instrumentasi & Otomatisasi Proses / Rekayasa Instrumentasi dan Kontrol
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang yang sama minimal 1-3 tahun
• Mampu membaca wiring diagram dan memahami cara kerja system
• Mampu menganalisa dan memecahkan masalah pada jaringan kelistrikan dan pemrograman system otomasi HVAC

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage project scheduling & milestones and ensure that is completed on schedule.
• Coordinate and attend project related meeting with Main-contractor and Project Management.
• Review all equipment, including Chiller, Air Handling Unit, Fan Coil Unit, Cooling Tower, Pumps and its accessories based on Layout Chiller Plant.
• Ensuring that all equipment and material are delivered as scheduled.

• Project Scheduling: Develop project schedules, set milestones, and monitor the progress of each task to ensure timely completion.
