We are looking for a proactive and versatile
IT Support Engineer to manage end-user environments, cloud infrastructure, and IT security compliance. This role combines strategic IT projects (±70%) and day-to-day support activities (±30%).
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Initiatives & Strategy
- Lead IT initiatives such as digital transformation: Power BI, Power Automate, HR Systems
- Conduct regular risk assessments and mitigation strategies to management
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for complex technical escalations
2. Systems & Cloud Administration
- Assist in managing cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Perform physical and digital security audits and support incident response activities
- Maintain and monitor Microsoft Business Central / ERP system
- Generate customized reports for Finance, HR, and Operations teams
3. User & Endpoint Management
- Provide desktop support including troubleshooting and hardware/software maintenance
- Manage user lifecycle in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (MFA, Entra ID, and password management)
- Ensure endpoint compliance using Intune and Group Policy
General Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support and/or System Administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 ( Intune, MFA, Conditional Access, and Virtualization)
- Familiar with enterprise networking solutions (Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus)
- Hands-on experience with EDR tools and vulnerability scanning.
- Foundational knowledge of Cloud (Azure/AWS). Relevant certifications are highly regarded.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with AI tools for innovation
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central
- Ability to script tasks using Python or PowerShell for automation

- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accurate asset and inventory records.
