Engineer Assistant (Sales Support)
Job Description
You will play a key role in supporting the Sales team by handling sales administration, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely processing of documents and reports. Your responsibilities will include preparing sales quotations, managing customer orders, following up on sales or parts orders, and maintaining data accuracy for reporting and analysis. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Handle sales inquiries
- Prepare sales quotations (SQ), costings, and unit selection
- Process and follow up on customer Purchase Orders (PO)
- Coordinate with Finance Department for invoicing and payment follow-up
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Department for order and delivery scheduling
- Place orders for factory and local parts
- Input and manage data in Service Database
- Prepare monthly Service Outlook Reports
- Manage travel requests (TR) and expense reports (CA) for Sales team
- Provide general administrative support including document filing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Diploma Degree in Engineering (HVAC, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred)
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales order processing and coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel / Spreadsheet
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks with good time management

HVAC Application Engineer
Job Description:
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers to develop and optimize HVAC system components, such as Chillers, AHUs, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, and Fans, focusing on flow, thermal performance, noise reduction, and cost-efficiency.
- Cooling Load Analysis: Perform Cooling Load analysis of HVAC systems to identify potential drawbacks and implement improvements.
- Project Implementation: Oversee the implementation of HVAC projects, ensuring all tasks are executed according to plan.
- Project Scheduling: Develop project schedules, set milestones, and monitor the progress of each task to ensure timely completion.
- Meeting Coordination: Attend and coordinate project-related meetings with DASI’s subcontractors, the owner’s main contractor, and construction management teams.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Engineer team, dealers, subcontractors, and customers to prepare for the startup of Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an HVAC Engineer.
- Technical Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, including Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Language Proficiency: Good command of English.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with our (Daikin) products and the HVAC industry is a plus.
- Additional Requirements:
- Possession of a valid SIM A driving license (preferred).

Teknisi HVAC Split Duct - Timika, Papua
Kualifikasi
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun menangani unit AC Split Duct
- Mampu menangani troubleshooting, repair dan overhaul unit AC Split Duct
- Dapat membaca gambar teknik / wiring diagram
- Pendidikan : Minimal SMK/Diploma atau setara. Jurusan : HVAC / Mesin / Elektro / Otomotif atau sejenisnya
- Menganalisa setiap kerusakan unit AC Split Duct
- Melakukan perbaikan sampai tuntas untuk AC Split Duct

Control Automation Engineer
Job Description
- The role involves design and monitoring utility equipment via BMS, operating various HVAC machines, troubleshooting with Senior Engineer.
- Monitoring all utility equipment by BMS or BAS
- Collaborate with Senior Engineering to keep utility equipment running properly
- Design and implement Control System in HVAC machine such as chiller, AHU FCU, cooling tower, & dehumidifier
- Collaborate with Senior Engineering to make report regarding machine abnormalities (eg: record alarms that occur in each shift)
- Perform on-site troubleshooting as needed.
Qualification
- Min Diploma degree (D3) major in Electrical - Instrumentation & Control / Automation Industry/ Mechatronic
- Hands-on experience in BMS/BAS system integration and programming (EcoStruxure, PLCs, HMI).
- Good understanding with SCADA
- Good understanding with Programming Language : Phyton, Visual Studio (VB. NET)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Good Command in English
- Had Driving License: SIM A or C
- Willing to be placed in Pasar Minggu - Jakarta Selatan
