Teknisi HVAC - Project Plaza Indonesia

Lokasi: Jakarta

Kami mencari Teknisi HVAC yang bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan dukungan teknis dasar dalam pengoperasian, pemeliharaan, dan penanganan gangguan (troubleshooting) pada sistem HVAC guna memastikan sistem bekerja secara optimal bagi pengguna gedung di proyek Plaza Indonesia (Project Based)  

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Melaksanakan inspeksi harian, monitoring, dan pemeliharaan preventif pada sistem Air Handling Unit (AHU) dan Fan Coil Unit (FCU).
  • Melakukan troubleshooting dasar pada komponen mekanikal dan elektrikal dengan arahan dari teknisi atau engineer senior.
  • Melaksanakan pekerjaan preventive maintenance seperti pembersihan unit, penggantian filter, pelumasan komponen, dan aktivitas perawatan lainnya sesuai jadwal yang ditetapkan.
  • Mendokumentasikan data operasional, aktivitas pemeliharaan, dan kondisi peralatan ke dalam log sheet, checklist, dan laporan teknis.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan vendor atau subkontraktor selama pelaksanaan pekerjaan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan dan persyaratan lokasi kerja.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimal SMK Teknik Pendingin, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin, atau jurusan terkait.
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang HVAC menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memahami dasar-dasar sistem AHU, FCU, dan perawatan AC Unitary
  • Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift (6 hari per minggu x 7 jam kerja)

Penempatan

  • Plaza Indonesia, Jakarta Pusat (Project Based)
  • Durasi Proyek : 1 Tahun (Agustus 2026 - Juli 2027). Opsi diperpanjang sesuai kebutuhan proyek.
  • Salary (THP) : +- Rp. 7.000.000 / bulan

Lokasi: Timika

Kualifikasi

  • Pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun menangani perawatan Kendaraan Ringan (Light Vehicle) atau Alat Berat (Heavy Equipment/ A2B )
  • Memahami system kelistrikan (Electrical System) Kendaraan Ringan atau Alat Berat
  • Mampu menginterpretasikan Wiring Diagram

  • Melakukan service sistem kelistrikan kendaraan ringan / alat berat yang meliputi instalasi, inspeksi, perbaikan / pemecahan masalah, dan pemeliharaan peralatan

Sales Support (HVAC Engineer Assistant)

Lokasi: Jakarta

Job Description

You will play a key role in supporting the Sales team by handling sales administration, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely processing of documents and reports. Your responsibilities will include preparing sales quotations, managing customer orders, following up on sales or parts orders, and maintaining data accuracy for reporting and analysis. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales inquiries
  • Prepare sales quotations (SQ), costings, and selection HVAC unit types.
  • Process and follow up on customer Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Coordinate with Finance Department for invoicing and payment follow-up
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain Department for order and delivery scheduling
  • Place orders for factory and local parts
  • Input and manage data in Service Database
  • Prepare monthly Service Outlook Reports
  • Manage travel requests (TR) and expense reports (CA) for Sales team
  • Provide general administrative support including document filing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Diploma Degree. Preferably in Engineering (HVAC, Mechanical, or Industrial)
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales order processing and coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel / Spreadsheet
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with good time management

Advantages

  • Understanding with B2B sales process
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
  • Previous experience in HVAC industry or Basic understanding of HVAC systems is preferred

Purpose :
  • To support the implementation of HVAC Project Solutions especially in Control Chiller Plant Optimization System, ensuring reliable, efficient, and high-performance system operation
Responsibilities :
  • Review project specification and Point List design for consultant, Field Device, Group Controller, High Level Interface, Hard Wire.
  • Design & program control logic for chiller plant system
  • Develop Functional Design Specification (FDS) and System architecture (Topology)

Requirements :
