As part of its commitment to supporting the development of partner competencies, PT Daikin Applied Solutions Indonesia (DASI) organized a Dealer Training titled “Commercial Application of Air-Cooled Modular Chiller”, held in two major cities: Jakarta and Surabaya. This event forms part of a strategic initiative aimed at deepening technical knowledge and strengthening the synergy between HVAC manufacturers and dealers across Indonesia.
The training was designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of air-cooled modular chiller systems, specifically tailored for medium to large-scale commercial project requirements. Participants were guided through the working principles of the system, real-life application case studies, and the advantages of modular technology in addressing challenges related to efficiency and installation flexibility.
Air-Cooled Modular Chillers are increasingly becoming the preferred solution in sectors such as office buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, and light industrial facilities. This growing popularity is largely due to their advantages in energy efficiency, ease of maintenance, and unit scalability.
What set this training apart was its collaborative approach. Open discussions between dealers and engineering teams provided a valuable platform for sharing insights. Many new ideas and lessons were drawn from the field experiences of dealers across various regions of Indonesia.
Throughout the training, participants were equipped with the latest information on HVAC industry trends and how air-cooled modular chillers are emerging as a strategic solution for efficient and scalable commercial cooling. This dealer training served as an educational forum that broadened technical perspectives and strengthened the competitive edge of Daikin’s partners in the market.
The materials delivered by the DASI technical team covered key aspects of modular chiller system design, including staged capacity control, energy savings, and flexible system integration. These insights were intended to help participants better understand and apply technical approaches in real-world commercial HVAC projects.
Beyond technical insights, the dealer training also served as a platform to present DASI’s HVAC product roadmap, including strategies to enhance service and technical support for dealers throughout Indonesia.
