Job Responsibilities :

• Manage project scheduling & milestones and ensure that is completed on schedule.
• Coordinate and attend project related meeting with Main-contractor and Project Management.
• Review all equipment, including Chiller, Air Handling Unit, Fan Coil Unit, Cooling Tower, Pumps and its accessories based on Layout Chiller Plant.
• Ensuring that all equipment and material are delivered as scheduled.
• Coordinate internally with our HVAC Service Team, HVAC Engineer and Customer about Start Up Chiller preparation

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor / Diploma deree of engineering (Machinery/Civil/Electrical or equivalent)
• Understanding with Project Risk Management
• Understanding with Manpro (Project Monitoring tools)
• Basic understanding with HVAC systems
• Presentation & Negotiation Skill

Advantage :

• Experience and familiarity with HVAC products is a plus
• Have experience in project coordinator in HVAC projects is a plus
• Good Command in English
