About Us
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processing Staff to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales orders, sales invoices, and supporting documentation while coordinating with internal departments and customers to support smooth business operations  
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and release Sales Orders, Sales Invoices, and related documents accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all sales transactions comply with company procedures, approval matrix, and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor order fulfillment, invoice processing, and document delivery to support smooth business operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, SCM, Credit Control, and Accounting) as well as customers regarding order and invoicing matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding documents, invoice deliveries, and customer requirements.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative, order processing, finance administration, sales administration, or related roles.
  • Familiar in Spreadsheet / MS Excel and ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large volumes of documents.
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Willing to work overtime when required
 
Advantages

HVAC Application Engineer - Surabaya

Lokasi: Surabaya

Responsibilities:
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers to develop and optimize HVAC system components, such as Chillers, AHUs, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, and Fans, focusing on flow, thermal performance, noise reduction, and cost-efficiency.
  • Cooling Load Analysis: Perform Cooling Load analysis of HVAC systems to identify potential drawbacks and implement improvements.
  • Project Implementation: Oversee the implementation of HVAC projects, ensuring all tasks are executed according to plan.
  • Project Scheduling: Develop project schedules, set milestones, and monitor the progress of each task to ensure timely completion.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Kami mencari Teknisi Ducting  yang bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan pemasangan, perbaikan, serta pemeliharaan jalur ducting untuk sistem HVAC.
Tanggung Jawab
  • Melakukan instalasi ducting (GI, PU, flexible duct, dll.) sesuai gambar kerja dan standar teknis.
  • Melakukan perbaikan kebocoran, kerusakan, serta troubleshooting masalah airflow atau tekanan udara.
  • Memasang hanger, bracket, damper, diffuser, insulasi, dan aksesoris ducting lainnya.
  • Melakukan pengecekan kualitas instalasi dan memastikan hasil pekerjaan sesuai standar perusahaan.
  • Menyusun laporan pekerjaan, dokumentasi foto, serta koordinasi dengan Supervisor/Engineer.
  • Mematuhi standar K3 dan menggunakan APD secara benar selama bekerja.
Kualifikasi
  • Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik (HVAC, Mesin, atau relevan).
